AdTech Economic Forum London 2025 is just 12 days away. We have 11 very compelling green shoot adtech companies pitching our audience which is growing by the day. These bold founders have one simple objective — convince the audience of their thesis to earn their vote.
We’ll start the day with 4 interviews along the investor and M&A continuum to warm up our audience:
Fireside chat with Remi Lemonnier, adtech entrepreneur and angel investor + audience Q&A
Fireside chat with Giovanni Strocchi from Blacksheep MadTech Fund + audience Q&A
Fireside chat with another seasoned adtech venture investor, Claire Houry from Ventech + audience Q&A

ATEF Podcast with Stephen Master from GTCR
Welcome back to our podcast series dedicated to one-to-one interviews with the 34 speakers who took the stage at the AdTech Economic Forum on April 24, 2024.
In this pod series, we get to know what our esteemed speakers are up to touching on their career journies and hearing their unique perspectives across the many facets shaping the adtech scene.
In this episode, we got a master class in private equity with Stephen Master, Managing Director at GTCR. Stephen and his associate Michael Pappas have forgotten more about adtech investing than most people will ever know. Stephen summed up GTCR’s general thesis with total eloquence:
Our belief that investment returns are created first and foremost by great management teams as opposed to great companies. Our view is if we find the right teams who have made their investors money in the past, that they will not only lead us to create companies, because they know their sector is better than we ever will, but they will be able to actually deliver the business plan that results in a great outcome for employees and for investors. And so we've always had the mindset that we should find sectors with growth and then get to know the best management teams and follow them to the right investments that served us well in our 45-year history.
Enjoy the pod!
